I will help you rediscover and reorient your life around your values. We will practice observing your thoughts without judgment, so you might understand your patterns without affording them undue significance. We will create choice where once there was only reaction, learn to cope with uncertainty and embrace the unknown, and explore the difficult balance between committing to change and accepting yourself. I can help you get unstuck, whether it’s through rediscovering your strengths and inherent wisdom, establishing healthy boundaries in relationships, feeling authentically connected to the people who love you, facing your fears, grieving a loss, or creating more opportunities to experience joy and vitality.
